Course Title: Practical Well Testing Operations (Level 1) اسم الكورس: العمليات التطبيقية لاختبار الآبار (المستوى الأول) ________________________________________ Module 1: Introduction and Field Objectives الوحدة الأولى: مقدمة وأهداف العمل الميداني [English] Well testing is a critical operation in the oil and gas industry. It is the only way to accurately measure a well's performance, pressure, and fluid properties by flowing it through a temporary surface equipment setup. [العربي] يعتبر اختبار الآبار عملية حيوية في صناعة النفط والغاز. وهي الطريقة الوحيدة لقياس أداء البئر وضغطه وخواص سوائله بدقة، وذلك عن طريق تدفق البئر عبر طاقم معدات سطحية مؤقتة. Core Objectives / الأهداف الأساسية: 1. Productivity: Determine how much the well can produce (BPD). الإنتاجية: تحديد كمية ما يمكن للبئر إنتاجه (برميل/يوم). 2. Reservoir Health: Measure Static and Flowing pressures. حالة المكمن: قياس الضغوط الساكنة والمتدفقة. 3. Fluid Quality: Sampling for API gravity and Water Cut (BS&W). جودة السوائل: أخذ عينات لتحديد الكثافة ونسبة الماء والشوائب. ________________________________________ Module 2: Surface Equipment & Flow Control الوحدة الثانية: المعدات السطحية والتحكم في التدفق (Insert Image: Choke Manifold / اضف صورة مشعب الخوانق) 1. The Choke Manifold / مشعب الخوانق: • Function: Used to control the flow and pressure from the wellhead. It has two "wings": one fixed and one adjustable. • الوظيفة: يستخدم للتحكم في تدفق وضغط البئر عند رأس البئر. يتكون من "جناحين": أحدهما ثابت والآخر قابل للتعديل. 2. The 3-Phase Separator / الفاصل ثلاثي الأطوار: • Operation: Uses gravity to separate the well stream into Gas (Top), Oil (Middle), and Water (Bottom). • طريقة العمل: يستخدم الجاذبية لفصل تدفق البئر إلى غاز (في الأعلى)، نفط (في المنتصف)، وماء (في الأسفل). 2.
